Weź Głęboki Oddech is an educational and preventive program aimed at raising awareness about chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and the harmful effects of smoking and air pollution on respiratory health. The project, funded by the European Social Fund, includes educational activities, specialist assistance, and smoking cessation support. It is targeted at residents of the southeastern macroregion of Poland, as well as medical personnel, especially healthcare workers and individuals exposed to risk factors associated with COPD.
